The Lakeside MS project was a renovation of the existing mechanical system and the addition of a new ground up classroom building for Forsyth County Schools.
Project Details
This project included demolishing and rebuilding the main mechanical room with pumps, boilers, a cooling tower, and a heat exchanger. It also included replacing and adding the water source heat pumps, DOAS and ERU systems, rooftop units, split systems, BMS controls, and new duct systems.
