Doug Peppers

As President and CEO of Georgia Mechanical, Doug Peppers brings 32 years of extensive HVAC industry experience to lead the company. His journey within the industry, including more than two decades at Georgia Mechanical, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the HVAC business.

Doug’s career progression at Georgia Mechanical has been remarkable. He started as a Foreman and advanced through roles such as Project Manager, Service Account Manager, Service Operations Manager, Construction General Manager, and Senior Vice President before assuming his current position as President and CEO. This diverse background allows him to bring a holistic perspective to the company’s leadership.

He has been involved in major projects across multiple sectors throughout his career. In new construction, he has overseen HVAC installations for numerous retail giants, including Target, Super Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Costco throughout the southeastern United States. His commercial service experience is equally impressive, featuring projects such as HVAC unit replacements at over 200 Bank of America locations, significant installations, and renovations for Johnson & Johnson, maintenance and repairs for General Mills, and multiple service and replacement projects at Kennesaw State University.
