Midtown High School, known initially as Grady High School in downtown Atlanta, is another renovation and addition to a historical building for Atlanta Public Schools.
Project Details
HVAC systems included an extensive VRV system, DOAS and ERU systems, rooftop units, split systems, kitchen hood systems, and BMS controls. This project also included renovating the water source heat pump system, which included pumps, a boiler, chemical water treatment, and new WSHP units.
