Approxamately 5 million square foot sort facility for Amazon with entire building (including warehouse) being conditioned
Over 100 Rootop units, 11 Energy Recovery Units, VRF systems, and stairwell pressurization
Project started in 2021 at height of supply chain issues caused by Covid. GMI worked hand in hand with the general contractor, other trades, and our suppliers to face these issues head on so that the project could be completed on time and on budget
